I spotted this black eye liner trend from Koran drama, Dream High, the first time I noticed heavier make-up in Korean dramas. (Most of the lead actress in such dramas wear really light and natural make-up almost like none!) And I thought Eun Jung (T-ara) carried the look very well.
So I went to my good friend, Mr Goo and found a lot more nice photos of her and other Korean actresses.
